Fantastic service! Speedy response, super-efficient onsite, very nice people to deal with. Thank you again, R.

Brilliant service. Sam was genuinely interested in our dilemma and spent time trying to resolve the issues with our leaking basement, and provided a really thorough and detailed report/ survey afterwards with recommended options. Would highly recommend this company to anyone.

Have used this company in the past and would highly recommend them. I called them first thing this morning and now (at 10.30 am) they have removed the blockage we had and left the place clean and tidy. First rate service

Fantastic service. Sam went to great lengths to find a solution to a potential big problem, and he fixed it. Extremely helpful and friendly service. Highly recommended.

Thanks Sam, great quick service, and really appreciate the advice and answers to all my questions! Highly recommended

Great service from Sam, the issue we had wasn’t straightforward, but Sam said he doesn’t like to be beaten, so he persevered and sorted it. A genuinely nice honest bloke.

Absolutely brilliant service!! We had an emergency with a drain blockage. I emailed on a Friday afternoon and they fixed the problem less than an hour later!! Very friendly, cheerful and considerate. I don’t think I’ve ever experienced a service like it. I was so grateful. They were fabulous

I gave them a call at 9am and they came and had cleared the blockage by 10.30. I was fearing the worst and couldn't have been more relieved.Thank you.

Our survey with Sam was great, he took the time to go over his findings with us and explain things that could be improved. Would recommend

Sam was able to come out within about an hour (my job wasn't deperately urgent), cleared the drain quickly and cleared-up a few concerns I had about the drain which was very useful. Friendly, prompt and professional service, highly recommended.

Can't recommend Roman Rod highly enough! Sudden discovery of a blocked external drain in the garden which was potentially concerning, but Sam responded almost instantly to my message, said he could come later the same day - in fact turned up earlier than I'd expected, and sorted the whole thing out in less than 15 minutes. He and his colleague were very friendly, reassuring, and calm. Kept me posted on his progress before arrival, too. Fixed price, and no 'hidden' costs. Left the drain flowing freely, and cleaner than it's been in probably a hundred years! Couldn't have wished for a more efficient, prompt, friendly and helpful company to deal with. They did exactly what they promised, when they promised (same day!) and for a good price - why can't all companies be as excellent as Roman Rod! Thanks guys - hope I won't need you again, but I know where to come if I do.

Roman Rod, what a great company to deal with. Squeezed in my job then offered to come earlier when they had made up some time. Sam was quick, efficient, respectful and explained everything clearly. I hope I won’t have to use the again soon but if you need a drain unblocked, I won’t hesitate to highly recommend them. A very reasonable price too.
